What are the minimum group sizes?
At Imiloa, the minimum group commitment is 24, and at Verdesana the minimum group commitment is 14. Some groups choose to bring less, and some choose to bring up to the max.
What's the typical lead time needed?
We recommend securing dates 9 - 12 months in advance, however, if you have experience selling out retreats and are confident that you can fill your retreat in a shorted amount of time, you're welcome to choose closer dates.
Do you help with marketing and selling?
We provide marketing assets such as photos and videos of the property for your use in your own marketing materials, as well as a promotional listing on our site, but filling the retreat is the host's responsability.
Can Imiloa cater to my specific dietary needs?
Our culinary team collaborates with you to craft a menu your guests will rave about. As a fully vegan and gluten-free campus, we specialize in macro-balanced meals and snacks that leave everyone satisfied and energized. Need 100 grams of protein a day? No problem — we've got you covered.
Is alcohol allowed at Imiloa?
Imiloa is a consciously alcohol-free campus. We believe that deep transformation, clarity, and authentic connection are best supported in a substance-free environment. This allows all guests to be fully present with themselves, each other, and the natural surroundings. While we honor and respect each person’s personal choices, we ask that all guests embrace this aspect of our retreat experience during their stay.
What do you have for audio, yoga, sound-bathing and other equipment?
We have a full inventory and equipment list with specific audio & visual equipment, all yoga props and other workshop inventory. Please inquire directly with the team for more details.
Is there Wi-Fi?
Yes. We have fiber optic high speed. Certain parts of the campus such as the Yoga shala and the dining area you’ll find intentionally without Wi-Fi.
What does the average host charge for different accommodations?
Typically a private room is priced between $4000 – $5500. Double rooms between $3200-$4000. Triple rooms between $2700 – $3300. Every host has unique pricing, which the host ultimately decides on themselves, based on their desired revenue and which type of audience they are looking to attract.
