Where is the Retreat Host Intensive held?
The Intensive is hosted at our flagship campus, Imiloa Institute, located on the Osa Peninsula in Costa Rica—the most biodiverse place on Earth. You will be living inside the very "Standard of Excellence" that you are learning to provide for your own guests.
Are accommodations and meals included in my ticket?
Yes. Your tuition is all-inclusive. It covers 5 nights of luxury accommodations, all chef-curated organic meals, snacks, and non-alcoholic beverages, as well as private luxury air and ground transportation from San Jose (SJO) to the campus.
Which airport should I fly into?
You should fly into Juan Santamaría International Airport (SJO) in San Jose, Costa Rica. We recommend arriving by 8am on Day 1 to catch our private plane. Detailed travel coordination will be provided by our concierge team upon registration.
What will I actually leave with after these 6 days?
You will leave with a finalized, high-integrity retreat offer, a clear 90-day marketing rollout plan, and a transparent profit model for your business. Beyond the assets, you will leave with the "Lived Experience" of being a supported leader—a standard you can take with you no matter where in the world you host.
I’ve never hosted a retreat before. Should I come?
Yes. In fact, starting here will save you years of "figuring it out" and thousands of dollars in logistical mistakes. You will build your very first retreat on a foundation of professional systems and proven financial models.
I’m a seasoned retreat host. Will I get anything out of this?
Absolutely. For the seasoned host, this intensive is about scaling and sovereignty. We will help you move out of the "logistics department" and into the "Flywheel" model, showing you how to increase your profit margins and guest conversion rates without increasing your burnout.
I’m an introvert...will I find space for myself?
Imiloa was built on the concept of the "Third Space." While the cohort experience is powerful, the campus is designed with vast private corners, quiet trails, and secluded decks. We respect the silence required for creative integration as much as we value the community of the circle.
Can I bring my business partner or a team member?
Yes. We highly encourage partners or lead coordinators to attend together so you can build your systems in tandem. Please contact our concierge for specific "Double Occupancy" pricing for partners sharing a suite.
How does the 50% Host Credit work?
We believe in this training so much that we want it to be a direct investment in your next retreat. If you choose to host your retreat at Imiloa after attending the Intensive, 50% of your tuition is applied as a credit toward your future retreat contract.
Is the cost of my ticket a tax-deductible business expense?
Since this is a professional business intensive focused on marketing, offer design, and operational scaling, it is typically considered a 100% tax-deductible business education expense. We recommend confirming this with your CPA.
This is a significant investment. Is it really going to be worth it?
