Imagine waking inside a hand-crafted cypress cabin at 5,000 feet, the cloud forest moving outside your window. Days begin slowly. The air is clean, the mornings are cool, and the rhythm of the place has already taken care of what you would normally be managing.
Walk through 100 acres of regenerated forest. Drop into a wood-fired hot pool beside a private river. Gather in temple classrooms where ideas have room to breathe. Eat food that has been prepared, plated, and timed with the same care you intend to bring to your own guests.

Zil is a Life & Business Coach with entrepreneurial roots, having started her first business at 16 in São Paulo, Brazil. Recognised with Top Sales and Production awards in Corporate America, she now coaches leaders and entrepreneurs to gain the confidence, mindset shifts, and skills necessary to build with clarity and purpose.
Michale has spent over four decades helping people find the story beneath their story. A professional storyteller and wisdom teacher, she has guided hundreds of workshops with leaders across the globe, drawing out the lived experiences that become the foundation of authentic leadership. Over 10,000 leaders have experienced her coaching.
Rita works at the intersection of growth, experience, and human connection. With over a decade in leadership and people and culture roles across high-performance environments, and postgraduate training in business and personal coaching, she brings deep insight into how real, lasting change happens. As host of the Retreat Leadership Immersion, Rita holds the space with intention and care, creating the conditions for speakers and participants to feel supported, present, and fully engaged.
